"The step down hitch is a product that lowers the height of the hitch on the power unit that is used by the customer to pull the ProMow. We have found that 10" is the top height of the hitch on the power unit that should be used. It appears that higher than that starts to work against the design of our units as it will start to lift the front of our mowers resulting in a lower quality of cut.
