Return Policy

Reel Mowers, Etc. offers only quality products for which we are confident in offering a money-back return policy. To qualify, all returns must be authorized by Reel Mowers, Etc. within 30 days of delivery. No return will be accepted without our Return Authorization (RA#). Please email marjorieking@reelmowersetc.com for your RA#. Reel Mowers, Etc. will refuse to accept any return to which Styrofoam peanuts or pellets have been added.

  • Product must be shipped prepaid to the address specified on the Return Authorization within 10 days of being issued an RA#
  • Product must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged, complete and packed in original boxes.
  • No refund given on shipping and handling fees
  • Full credit, less original shipping and handling costs will be issued within 14 days of receipt of product

If you have any problems with your product after the 30 day Reel Mowers, Etc. return period, please review the manufacturer's warranty, and then contact us for instructions if you believe the issue is covered by the warranty. Sorry, there is no return on parts orders unless the part you receive is not the part you ordered.

This Return Policy applies to retail customers of Reel Mowers, Etc. only and does not apply to orders shipped to, or on behalf of, another dealer. If you purchased from another dealer, check with your dealer for return policies.
