Easy to use kit - remove wheel and attach crank handle, 
paint sharpening compound on reel blades, crank backwards 
for several minutes, remove excess compound, adjust blade 
and replace wheel. Takes less than 10 minutes. Kit includes 
a crank handle, brush, directions and  generous supply of 
sharpening compound.
